My hubby made the decision to enlist in the service. He started getting bumped all around the world… First it was basic training plus then his first assignment. Now it looks like he is going to be in a section for at least five years. That is wonderful since I can justify moving to be with him. I own a home in Portland, OR. I was having a heck of a time selling the house through a real estate agent. My hubby is already in the current location. I didn’t want to waste time listing the property. The agent wanted a lot of repairs, staging, plus to hold it on the market for a while. I ended up mixing his plus just finding an OR real estate supplier. They buy homes for money. That was right up my alley. A money home customer does not want to mess around plus make the sale take longer. The guy handed me a price plus I took a bit to think about it. I then signed the papers plus I have a week before I need to leave. Having money on hand is easily great. I don’t plan on buying another house at this point either. So all the currency is being stored in the bank for a rainy day. I just used a little bit to ship most of my furniture plus belongings. Now all that is left is me plus the family dog getting on a plane plus making it to our current spot. I am so cheerful that there are money home customers in Portland to make relocation easier.
