How to sell a property

After reading the book Rich Mom, Poor Mom, I got it into my head that I wanted to be a rental building owner.

I found a ton of sites for sale in Portland, OR plus bought them.

I invested in some currency to service them up plus hunted around for the perfect renters. After a while I got burned out. The renters are so needy. I am consistently going over to their place for dumb things. One had a jammed sink, another had a squishy floor, one had an issue with the lights. It is constantly currency going out plus barely any coming in. It is a thankless task that you aren’t going to get rich off of. I wasn’t able to afford a house manager so I had to do it all on my own. I am an exhausted building owner plus I am done. I started putting one house on the market just to see if I could make some currency. It took months for that piece of house to sell. It was months of back plus forth plus dealing with a real estate agent that took a portion of my currency. Now for the rest of my properties I am looking for a Portland money buyer. I want to sell my rental properties fast for money. I am done paying the taxes, utilities, plus dealing with renters. I can’t wait to unload it all on someone else. The OR money home customer I am working with is great. He isn’t jerking me around plus has a firm price point for each piece.
